How To (Hopefully) Live To 100 And Beyond

Some of the longest living cultures in the world include the Okinawans, the Hunzas, and the Macau. To learn how to live as long and as healthily as they have it would be wise for us all to research what these cultures have in common to help them get there.

Some of the things that they all have in common is that they eat a lot of plant foods, they consume raw dairy (not the pasteurized kind that you might find at your local grocery store), they exercise by being active during the day, and they maintain close family and social ties. They also are unlikely to eat junk food/processed foods. Their diet includes whole grains as well.

In summary:

-The majority of your diet should be focused on organic and raw plants

-Consume only raw dairy and raw dairy products

-Eat whole grains and whole grain products instead of refined (brown rice instead of white, 100% whole grain pasta instead of white pasta etc.)

-Be active each day (aim to get 10,000 steps per day)

-Keep in touch with your family members and friends as much as possible (even via online chat/phone calls if that is all that is possible)

-Do not eat processed/junk food

The Poison Within Alcohol

Many cultures have known for centuries the dangers of alcohol. Unfortunately, our culture is not yet fully aware of the many dangers, apparent and hidden, that reside within this toxic beverage.

Not only does it impair your ability to think clearly and restrain yourself from things you otherwise would not do it also poisons your body and life itself.

Alcohol can of course cause dizziness, lead to car crashes, and even drowning. High blood pressure, stroke, heart problems, nerve damage, alcohol poisoning, cancer, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, malnutrition, sex and menstruation issues and problems, eye problems, birth defects, bone loss, blackouts, coma, anemia, unconsciousness, breathing difficulties, and so much more!

You might be thinking, “Well one drink won’t cause that!” You would fall in line with the majority of those who consume alcohol. It actually takes many hours for alcohol to exit your body but even then it may reside in your colon and fester for years, piling up until you could become very sick.

Do yourself and your body, family, and friends a favor and opt to no longer consume this toxic poison.

You can feel much better, lighter, and you can even lose weight by dropping this vice out of your life for good!

Gratitude is something truly powerful and wonderful in many ways. When you appreciate what you already have you open so many doors for new and even more wonderful things to appear in your life!

Similarly to the Law of Attraction, gratitude is a means to an end. If you want more love in your life APPRECIATE THE LOVE YOU ALREADY HAVE MORE! Raw Milk – A Superfood

The benefits of raw milk are numerous! It can cleanse your skin, cure constipation and flatulence, promote better sleep, improve the health of your hair, help you lose weight, create glowing skin, and much more!

It is important that the milk is raw because when it has been pasteurized and homogenized it has been heated which causes the enzymes, along with the many health benefits, to go away and even reverse.

Exercise is truly a wonderful thing for our bodies, minds, and even spirituality. Through exercise, we can produce endorphins which can improve our mood and may alleviate depression symptoms. Exercise can even help you improve your memory, sleep quality, and may increase your life span by ~4 years when done regularly.

One of the most natural form of exercise is walking. If you walk briskly for at least 30 minutes every day your body can more easily rid itself of any stagnation in your lymphatic system which allows you to burn more calories and reshape your body. That is all you need!

The Purpose Of The Planets And Stars

When I was a child I remember asking my mother about the universe, planets, and stars. I wasn’t truly sure what their purpose was. One day out of nowhere I suddenly had a thought. What if the universe was where all people will be held after we pass into the next life? What if the trillions of planets were each good persons reward (heaven) and the stars (suns) were each bad persons reward (hell)?

I still feel like a child looking up at the sky and wondering if this is why the planets and stars are really here. They truly are beautiful and cannot be there for no reason.

As with everything on our beautiful planet Earth each object in nature seems to dance with the others all working together to produce something more beautiful than the original objects themselves. For example the butterfly and how it gracefully moves from flower to flower; spreading pollen to each flower. It only takes a bit of nectar but both the flower and the butterfly benefit and the result of this joyous and magical dance is a beautiful garden of even more flowers to make room for even more butterflies! So it continues.
