Raw Milk – A Superfood


The benefits of raw milk are numerous! It can cleanse your skin, cure constipation and flatulence, promote better sleep, improve the health of your hair, help you lose weight, create glowing skin, and much more!

It is important that the milk is raw because when it has been pasteurized and homogenized it has been heated which causes the enzymes, along with the many health benefits, to go away and even reverse.
